As I am getting closer to travel to Chile in a couple of days, I find that a list of items I'm taking is very helpful!
I first begin with just a small list of items like the one posted on my Packing List tab. Then, I divide my list into 2 categories: the 1st list is for my carry-on and the 2nd list is for my suitcase.
The list for my carry-on (not my purse), looks something like this:
* Inflatable neck pillow
* Snacks
* Noise canceling earphones
* Other devices, charging cords and adapters
* An extra pair of clothing-just in case my suitcase is delayed etc.
My purse carries the essentials, which are the Dramamine, earplugs and Earplanes (ear plugs that help release the pressure in your ear canals), and other over the counter meds.
I also carry a quart sized zip-lock bag with some of my liquids that are 3oz or less.
My choice of purse, by the way, is a cross-body bag. After all, I need my hands free to juggle with the carry-on and suitcase.
On this trip, I am adding a bungie type of cord to securely place my jacket on top of my carry-on.
As you are planning for your travels, don't forget a list to help you stay organized and ready for a wonderful trip!
