Students and Parents need to fill out and provide the emergency contact and medical information on this form:

I should have copies of a doctor's letter with a list of prescriptions that are being taken on my trips. Please make sure you are aware of how to travel with medications abroad.

Students may carry normal over-the-counter medications with them, such as medications for motion sickness, headaches, etc.
For safety reasons, all participants need to fill out this form 4 months prior to departure.
